Shipping Information:
Kimono USA only ships to physical addresses, (no post office boxes), within the continental United States, which excludes Hawaii, Alaska and other US Territories, such as, but not limited to, Guam and Puerto Rico.
Shipping charges include UPS shipping and insurance fees and a $3.00 handling charge. Georgia residents will also be charged local and state sales tax.
Orders will be shipped within three business days from the date of the order. Orders should arrive within four to five business days of shipping date if the UPS Ground option is chosen and two business days from shipping date if the Two-Day Air UPS option is chosen.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Returns are accepted up to fifteen days from the date the order is placed for orders placed via the internet.
All Transactions done face-to-face, such as, but not limited to, trade shows, conventions, festivals, fairs and presentations, are final and no returns are accepted.
To receive a refund, please send an e-mail with your name, address (shipping and billing, if different) and order number. A UPS Call Tag will be sent to you to attach to the outside of the packaging for return of the order. Upon receipt of the returned item, your refund will be issued, excluding the original shipping and handling charges of your order.
